Priced so you can invite everyone.
Our baseline price is just $25 per guest. That number includes two different meat entrees and three sides, so everyone leaves full and happy. If you'd like something custom or extra we're more than happy to accommodate, and always provide a "no surprises" estimate. We've done everything from an international-themed grilled cheese bar to snack-and-graze tables for pre-reception happy hours, Whatever your vision, we're on board to build it- and smoke it- with you.
First, choose two meats.

10-Hour Brisket
After a low, slow overnight smoke session, our brisket is more decadent than anything you can make in a traditional kitchen. We bring the magic straight to the buffet line where we hand-carve it for each of your guests. Is this level of personalization over the top? Sure. That's just how BBQ guys roll.

12-Hour Pulled Pork
Like all the best things in life, if you want to do pulled pork right, you have to play the long game. That's why we smoke ours for twelve hours or more. We hand-shred it, but to be honest, it's so tender that a smoldering glance is enough to make it fall apart.

Smoked Chicken
When we say we've got legs for days, we're talking about our tender, subtly spicy chicken legs. We smoke them for two hours ensuring they reach the elusive sweet spot between a crisp sear and a succulent juiciness. Our signature herb mix provides the ultimate blend of savoriness with hints of sweetness and heat.

Cheesy Potatoes
Creamy potato mash made even richer with our signature cheese sauce blend. Slow cooked on our smoker.
Smoked Mac-N-Cheese
Classic Mac-n-cheese gets the smokehouse treatment for a gooey treat topped with a melty, caramelized top layer.
Mexican Street Corn
Our wildly popular street corn is smoky and sweet with a hint of heat. As seen on TV.
Corn On The Cob
Summer classic sweet corn drenched in butter and slow cooked on the smoker.
Garlic Green Beans
Fresh green beans, fresh garlic, slow smoked on grill.
Baked Potatoes
The classic comfort food levels up over wood smoke and coal fire. Served with butter and sour cream.
Pulled Pork Stuffing
Traditional stuffing with a BBQ twist; classic sage or corn bread stuffing mixed with 12 -hour smoked pulled pork.
Corny Mashed Potatoes
Fresh mashed potatoes mixed with sweet corn, slowly smoked over grill
Creamy Coleslaw
Crispy shredded cabbage in our homemade dressing.
Calico Baked Beans
A sweet-savory blend of four beans, our signature spice blend, BBQ sauce, smoked pork and beef, cooked slow and smoked on our grill.
